R4 Specialties, Inc. was founded on May 16, 2008 by Ray L. Dugal, Jr. With Ray’s 40 years of product knowledge and experience in the oil and gas industry, R4 Specialties, Inc. quickly expanded to provide specialty items for onshore, offshore, and international projects.
